To continue my story about Retirement and the Internet, I’ve been pretty busy getting my information together. When I think about what to write, I’m pretty empty headed as to the stories I would do. Logically, all you need to do is type in some words in the search engine and you will get a good return on various matches. These matches can be turned to stories.

I’ve been researching places to submit articles too. I’m amazed at the quantity of sites there are. They come in all sizes and types. I’m keeping a database of the sites I visit so that I can obtain their ranking and track what I submit to each one. Have you ever wondered what others use as their tracking software of the affiliates and those extra things like articles, websites to submit to, etc., etc.? I have been researching on various software that I could use. I don’t even know why I do this cause I end up programming what I need anyhow. I did get Firefox browser because I use the SEO add-on to give me the ranking data I need.

Google finally indexed my website. While viewing what Google indexed, I was surprised to learn that my first article has been posted to other websites too. This is a good feeling and tells me that I’m slowly making some progress. I still have to figure out how many articles I need to write and that if I can post the same article to different article distribution sites. This sure is fun work that and keeps me busy.

It is logical for a beginners guide to blogging to begin with information on how to start a blog. However, first a brief introduction to what a blog actually is. You can include pictures, hyperlinks to your websites, MP3s and videos. Much depends on the type of blog you have and who is the provider, but Wordpress allows more than Blogger or Blogspot, especially if you have downloaded it to your own website. However, it is also more complicated and you might prefer to start off easy and then work your way up as you become more familiar with what you are doing. Many cPanel web hosts offer Wordpress facilities.

The basic components of a blog are:

Title: You can use the title to label your posting.
Category: You can add a category to keep blogs on similar topics together.
Body: This is the main content of the blog.
Trackback: This allows other sites to link back to your blog.
Permalink: This is the URL that goes with every blog that you write.
Comments: This allows readers to make comments on your blog â€“ some good, and some bad.

By means of just one or two templates you can easily create new pages. Itâ€™s a bit like having a website and copying your home page as a template for all the rest of the pages, only the blog template is blank with spaces for the title, category and all the other aspects of your blog. The blogging websites that you sign up with offer a number of templates and you can choose one and literally start blogging immediately.

Blogging can be more that just your own personal thing, and you can join groups that blog about specific topics, such as football, movies, music, blogging, etc, etc. You can all share your expertise and knowledge and some are literally operating as forums. You can also use your blog to advertise a product, and to drive traffic to your website, while others have no website and use their blog as their sole communications window on the internet.

I could go on all day about what you can do and, sometimes, cannot do with a blog, but the best way is to get started and then find what you are capable of. The best way is to log onto the blog provider of your choice and sign up for a blog. Most newcomers to blogging find it easiest to start blogging from a providerâ€™s website, and then graduating to installing blogging software on their own website

This is a bit trickier, but it allows you use all the plugins that allow total personalization of your blog so that it is completely unlike that of anybody else. You cannot use plugins when you run your blog from the providerâ€™s site, whether it is Wordpress or any other blog. You cannot beat having your own blog software and being able to design any page that you want.

However, although this sounds great to be able to do, on the whole you are likely best to start blogging from the blog hosting site, and then graduate to your own website once you are comfortable with blogging. You will have enough to take in and learn when you upload to your own web space without having to worry about how blogging works.

Blogging is fantastic fun, and it can also be very profitable. However, there are specific techniques involved in making money using blogs, and it is very easy to get your fingers burnt if you are unaware of the pitfalls and the right way to do it. Nevertheless, blogging can be very rewarding, both personally and financially, so best of luck, and get blogging now. Donâ€™t leave it a minute longer because you might have a lot to learn yet.

Any product will do that is related to the topic of your blog. Donâ€™t have a blog about carp fishing and offer dog training courses. I know it seems obvious, but you would be surprised!

Another thing you can do to make money indirectly from blogging is to include an opt-in form somewhere on your blog. You could add one to each blog, but the easiest is simply to put it on your sidebar. This works best with a three column blog, but you could add it to the top or bottom of your sidebar for maximum effect.

These are just one or two ways how to make money blogging, and it just takes a bit of imagination for you to think of many more that you can use to make money while enjoying your blogging. People donâ€™t mind paying for stuff they want to buy, and those that are not interested donâ€™t have to click on your links. Many people make their living from blogs and if you know to do it properly, you can do the same. All it takes is a bit of thought and the knowledge of what can be done and must be done to achieve it.

If you knew that the money you make early on with your blogging could help you to make more in the future would you give it up? If let's say, small investments with your blogging money could potentially help you to be earning six figures in two years would you be willing to not spend it on luxuries now? What are you doing with your blogging money?

It's very hard to do it all on your onw. There are only so many hours in a day, after all. Do yourself a favor! Instead of spending that first little bit of blogging money on a present for yourself, hire a writer or grab yourself some software to make your online business and life easier. Your Internet Business, Alexa And Google Page Rank

Alexa gives you information on how much traffic your website is getting. You can use this analysis if your business is on the web. They do this by analysing the sites that people who have installed the Alexa toolbar visit. They mainly only give figures at domain level only. All the traffic to any other pages within the domain name is allocated to the domain name.

If you go their site and type in your domain name you can see a chart which when clicked on gives you three separate boxes of information:

Reach - this shows what percentage of global internet user's use your site

Traffic Rank - this is calculated using page views & Users

Page Views per User - this shows how many pages each user views

Below this are data which shows you the countries where your traffic comes from and your rank in these countries.

If your website has low traffic, do not play to much emphasis on the numbers. Sites with low traffic numbers - less then a thousand visitors per month - are not large enough to give any meaningful data. The higher the traffic the more accurate the figures become. The better way to use Alexa is to analyse the overall trend. Is traffic going up or is it going down?

The figures from Alexa mainly represent the internet usage of people who have installed the Alexa Toolbar. This can lead to heavy bias one way or another depending on who has downloaded the toolbar and the pages they visit.

Google Page Rank was developed by Larry Page of Stanford University. It tends to measure in simple terms the quality and quantity of sites linking to your site. For each site that links to your site you get a vote. The higher the page rank of the site linking to you site the higher the value of the vote.

Google also allocates a value for a relevant link. So if your website is selling computers and you have links from other computing websites this will be more relevant then if you have a link coming in from a website to do with pets.

In reality it is more complicated then this and complex equations are used to determine page rank.

To be able to see the page rank of the sites you visit you have to download the Google toolbar. This has privacy implications as then Google is able to track the web pages that you visit.

The higher the page rank of your site the more likely it is that when people search using Google as their search engine the more likely it is for your site to be found with your key words.

You can buy links from other high ranked pages to artificially boost your own page rank but this practice is frowned by Google. They sometimes ignore links coming from a website which is known for selling links. Buying hundreds of low quality links from other websites is now totally frowned upon.

Even though the Alexa Rankings and Google Page Rank are not perfect they seem to be the industry standard by which many people judge the quality of a website. It is therefore important to strive to achieve a high ranking on both.

When most people think of PPC, what comes to mind is usually basic information that's not particularly
interesting or beneficial. But there's a lot more to PPC than just the basics. Keep on reading to find valuable tips to increase the effectiveness of your campaign.

Use Overture's Inventory tool as a starting point for your pay per click keyword research. This will help you to generate a rough list of keywords you could use for your niche. While the traffic probably wont be as targeted and subsequently wont convert as well you will gain another avenue of promotion and more than likely pay less than you normally do per click.

That's about all there is too it. There are other methods, some shady, some not so, but these are the most popular IMHO.

If you're an average Internet user who has a non-Tech and non-Webmaster related site and do not care about pay or link advertising, then the Alexa rank probably doesn't mean a hill-of-beans to you. Don't sweat it!

The first quarter of your life is dedicated to learning. However, the subjects that you are taught in school don't necessarily aid in your earning potential. Depending on your profession, it is very likely that most of your coursework in high school and college does not even closely pertain to what you do now.

Truth be told, most blogs aren't really optimized for marketing effectiveness. Even more so, some blogs are absolute marketing machines, but they at the same time fail to fully capitalize on that fact by not being really optimized marketing-wise.

Blogs may be Web 2.0, but bloggers should not ignore some of the good old internet direct marketing tactics that have been working for marketers online almost for a decade or more.

Here are the absolute 101 basics you really shouldn't ignore ...

1. DON'T FORGET E-MAIL DELIVERY

Bloggers are often abandoning or completely ignoring e-mail as a tool to deliver their content to their readers. As an RSS evangelist I certainly believe in using RSS to get your content to the world, but only as a supplement to e-mail delivery.

While RSS provides us with many unique benefits, it is yet to reach mainstream adoption. Until it does, marketers and publishers should not even consider abandoning e-mail delivery, or risk ignoring most of their potential readership.

If you're still wondering why you need e-mail, consider the potential you might be wasting without it. Someone visits your blog, likes the content and would like to be notified as new content of interest becomes available, and he does not know what RSS is or even care. If you fail to capture his e-mail address and consent at that exact moment, he might never again return to your site, either because he forgets about it or because dozens of other sites capture his interest even before the next day.

2. E-ZINE PUBLISHING IS STILL A MUST

Publishing a blog is not a replacement for an e-zine. If nothing else, publish a weekly or monthly e-zine of your top blog posts, available in a single easy-to-consume format.

Some simply do not have the time to watch your blog regularly and others will only want to receive a quick summary to get only your best and most crucial content. Publishing an e-mail e-zine will do that for you, giving you the opportunity to communicate with the widest possible long-term audience for your blog.

3. E-MAIL AND RSS SUBSCRIPTIONS

Providing e-mail (e-zine) and RSS subscriptions is important to the success of any blog. But neither of these will do you much good if your visitors don't actually see them and if you don't give them enough incentive to subscribe.

Foremost, display your e-mail e-zine and RSS subscriptions information at the top of your blog, instead of somewhere far down where no one will see them.

4. EXPLAIN RSS

To overcome this problem, create a special RSS presentation page and link to it next to the RSS subscribe button. On that page explain:

What RSS is

How the visitor will benefit from using RSS

Where they can get a free RSS aggregator (recommend one yourself!)

How they can install it (provide step-by-step instructions)

How they can subscribe to your RSS feeds

Why they should subscribe to your own RSS feeds

Then, on this same page, include the links to all of your RSS feeds.

5. TOP CONTENT

If you update your blog frequently, your less recent top content keeps being pushed down and down, where most of your blog readers will never bother to look for it.

Overcome this frequent blog problem by creating a list of your top posts, clearly displayed and available from each of your pages. Depending on the topic you cover, you might want to place these headlines as close to the top of your blog as possible, in order to quickly entice your new visitors to start reading the best of what you have to offer and then use this content to convert them to loyal readers and subscribers.

6. THE HEADLINE

The site or blog headline will tell your visitors what to expect from reading your blog and will answer their key question: "What's in it for me?"

Make sure that your blog headlines gives this reason and the story inviting enough for your readers to keep reading.

7. LEAD YOUR VISITORS TO YOUR MDA

MDA is the Most Desired Action you want your visitors to take on your site, ranging from a subscription to your e-zine to requesting more information about your services or ordering your product / getting more information about it.

Your blog will be of great help in this area, but only if you actually lead your visitors to this action. Putting this information in your menu simply is not enough.

Experiment putting some copy for your MDA directly below each blog post (on your permanent blog post archives pages) and also prominently in your left- or right-hand columns.

If you're providing multiple services or products, promote each of them next to the appropriate posts, based on post topics.

And yes, this is more important than having dozens of Google AdSense ads on your blog ... if you want to use your blog as part of your marketing mix.

8. LOOK DIFFERENT

Blogs are usually not heavily designed and most of them look exactly the same. While light design is
one of the positive sides of blogs, you should invest some effort in making your blog stand-out visually. Don't cram it with design, but still make sure it's different than every other blog in the market.

9. USE YOUR OWN DOMAIN

Having a subdomain.typepad.com type sub-domain might be the easiest choice, but don't forget that your domain name is your permanent online address and part of your online brand.

Consequently, invest a couple of dollars to get your own domain name, to enforce your brand, as well as making it easier for your readers to access your blog.

10. DON'T FORGET YOUR KEYWORDS

What keywords do you want your content and blog to be found under in the search engines?

Don't forget to implement these keywords in the titles and body content of your blog posts. I'm not saying you should write your posts to please the search engines, but at least keep them in mind and use them when possible, without taking anything away from the actual content.

11. INTERACT WITH YOUR READERS

If you're blogging for business, don't forget about business oriented reader interaction.

Mainly, solicit questions from your readers, pertaining to your field of expertise, and then respond to them via your blog. Post interesting client case studies. When you get a review, post it or link to it. And so on...

Introduction to Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising

There are many ways to advertise online, but one of the most popular strategies is pay-per-click advertising. Why is it popular? Well, they always say "you get what you pay for", but when it comes to pay-per-click advertising, you only pay for what you get, and thus it saves you from spending too much on unfruitful advertisements.

Pay per click advertisements are usually text ads (usually consisting of a title, which usually is your website's name or perhaps a short heading and a short description of your service or some promotional wording) placed near search results shown on major search engines. When a site visitor clicks on your advertisement, you get charged an amount of money which varies according to the ad placement and ranking.

What's more, you can set the maximum price you are willing to pay per one click received. Actually, this is the first step in putting together a PPC campaign - to decide your budget, and with whom you are going to advertise. Take off with the minimum and monitor the performance in terms of the traffic it delivers and how well that traffic converts into paying customers. That is another advantage of this type of advertisement - you can monitor the performance of your ads by using the tracking tools offered by search engines.

Another highlight is, you can target your customers based on their geographic locations. Geographic targetting of pay per click advertisements has been improving rapidly, and for local businesses this could be a very cost effective marketing strategy.

One problem with this type of advertisement is click fraud. Wikipedia explains that click fraud occurs when a person, automated script, or computer program poses as a legitimate user of a web browser clicking on an ad, for the purpose of generating an improper charge per click. Each time a valid web user clicks on an ad, the advertiser pays the advertising network, who in turn pays the publisher (search engine) a share of this money. This revenue sharing system is seen as an incentive for click fraud. The pay-per-click industry is lobbying for tighter laws on the issue.

Dokumen pertama digunakan untuk memverifikasi identitas kita, sedangkan dokumen kedua digunakan untuk memverifikasi alamat tinggal kita. Apabila keduanya sudah kita upload, kita tinggal menunggu pihak AlertPay melakukan pengecekan manual (memakan waktu kurang lebih 1 minggu dan TIDAK diberikan pemberitahuan apabila sudah verified).

Mengisi Dana AlertPay

Untuk mengisi dana akun kita di AlertPay ada beberapa cara. Namun yang utama (dan mudah untuk diberlakukan oleh kita yang berdomisili di Indonesia) adalah melalui E-Gold, Money Order, dan Kartu Kredit.

Di sini, kita dapat memperoleh $5 dari setiap orang yang kita referensikan ke AlertPay. Apabila kita sudah memiliki 10 referral, untuk tiap referral berikutnya komisi kita dinaikkan 2x lipat, yaitu $10.

Tapi….. ada syaratnya :)

Seberapa cepatkah anda menjadi kaya?

Jika anda mau membangun rumah maka sebagian orang akan memanggil arsitek dan
arsitek itu bersama anda membuat rencana. Tetapi ketika orang yang sama memulai
membangun kekayaan mereka atau merencanakan masa depan, mereka tidak pernah
mendesain rencana finansial untuk hidup mereka. Mereka tidak mempunyai garis besar
rencana kerja untuk menjadi kaya. Bahkan banyak orang tidak mempunyai rencana,
mereka hanya menjalani hidup saja dan hanya bermimpi sewaktu-waktu mereka akan menjadi kaya.
Banyak juga orang yang menggunakan satu-satunya jurus andalan, yaitu merencanakan
untuk bekerja keras dan mereka tidak pernah kaya. Karena apa yang mereka kerjakan
sekeras apapun memang tidak memungkinkan mereka untuk menjadi kaya.

Contoh, menjadi buruh pabrik atau kuli bangunan, walaupun sekeras apapun mereka bekerja
akan sulit sekali untuk menjadi kaya.

Ada juga orang yang mempunyai rencana yang lambat untuk menjadi kaya, rencana tersebut
yaitu bekerja keras dan menabung. Dengan mengikuti rencana tersebut maka jutaan orang
akan menghabiskan hidupnya dengan memandang keluar jendela dari kereta mereka yang lambat

atau dari mobil mereka yang terjebak dari kemacetan lalu lintas menyaksikan limosin, helikopter,
pesawat jet perusahaan, rumah- rumah mewah.

Dan yang paling menyedihkan ada juga orang yang mempunyai rencana untuk menjadi miskin.
Begitu banyak orang mengucapkan kata-kata seperti ayah miskin Robert Kiyosaki
“Ketika saya pensiun, maka penghasilan saya akan berkurang”. Dengan kata lain mereka
merencanakan untuk bekerja keras seumur hidup hanya untuk menjadi miskin.

“Saya membutuhkan kecepatan.” Kata Tom Cruise dalam Film Top Gun.

Ide bekerja seumur hidup, menabung, dan menaruh uang dalam rekening pensiun merupakan
rencana yang sangat lambat. Rencana ini bagus dan masuk akal oleh 90% orang tetapi bukan
rencana bagi orang yang ingin pensiun muda dan pensiun kaya.

Berikut adalah beberapa ide tentang cara untuk membangun rencana yang lebih cepat:

1. Pilih strategi keluar anda terlebih dahulu . Kita harus mulai dari yang akhir, seperti
yang dikatakan oleh Steven R. Covey dalam bukunya Seven Habits. Jadi kita harus menentukan
dulu umur berapa kita ingin pensiun, berapa banyak uang yang kita miliki saat itu, atau
berapa banyak pasif income kita pada waktu kita pensiun. Kemudian dalam logika saya sendiri maka kita harus;

2. Cari bidang apa yang kita suka atau mungkin kita akan suka yang bisa menghasilkan seperti
yang kita tentukan sebelumnya. Apabila apa yang kita kerjakan sekarang tidak memungkinkan
kita mencapai impian tersebut, Let It Go!

3. Kita cari orang yang sudah berhasil mencapai impian kita untuk diajak kerja sama
atau belajar kepada orang tersebut.

4. Gunakan faktor kali atau leverage.

Maksudnya kita bisa menggunakan RICE (Resources, Ide, Contact, Expertise) dari orang lain.

Sudahkah anda membuat rencana anda untuk menjadi kaya, dan seberapa cepatkah rencana anda?

The Friend Crush: Is This Love Or Friendship

He's your good friend. She's your best confidant. You have known each other for a few years and have shared meals, movies, hobbies and vacations. You have confided to each other about your latest love interest and turned to one another for support when the relationship(s) failed. You can't imagine life without your good friend.

But for a while....

You've felt jealous of his dates. You've been overprotective of her since she has been seeing the jerk. You've been having
very strong feelings of attraction and a desire for something more than friendship. Could it be that your feelings for him/her have grown into something more? If so, your relationship may have developed into a "friend crush".

You don't know what to do. You know you want to continue spending time together- more time. But it's getting hard. You fantasize about having more with this person and are beginning to feel like a jealous would-be partner. Do you pretend everything is the same? Do you start distancing yourself- hoping your feelings will go back to the way they were? Do you actually TALK directly and honestly with your friend about how you feel?

What will happen to the relationship if you make the WRONG choice?

Just as all people are unique, so are the characteristics of their relationships with others. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this increasingly common dilemma. So, let's take a look at your options. You can:

* ignore your feelings, keep your boundaries in check and pretend everything is status quo

In order to choose this option, you must be able to deny your feelings so well that even you don't know what they are. You will also have to continue being comfortable on the sidelines while someone else has the relationship with this person that you desire. You will most likely be asked what you think of this or that person and be expected to be happy and supportive of your friend when they meet the right someone for them. In return for all this, you will still have your friend.

* begin to spend less time with your friend (crush) while seeking out new friendships to pursue and strengthen

This option will most likely cause confusion and hurt on the part of your friend who will wonder what happened. They may be understanding and accepting of your need to spread your wings and support you in doing what you need to do. Either way, you will see less of them and your relationship can weaken and perhaps disappear altogether as they move on with new people. If you can distance yourself for a while and no longer feel the romantic butterflies, you can always give them a call and may be able to pick up somewhere near where you left off.

* continue the relationship with your own hidden agendas - a desire for romantic intimacy and the hope that the person will realize that they feel the same way

If they become involved with someone else in the meantime, you can work to sabotage their new relationship or you can leave them wondering where all your anger and hurt feelings are coming from. You can spend a lot of time and energy handling it this way, without anything to show for your efforts but the loss of a good friend.

* have an open and honest discussion with your friend regarding your new feelings for them

This is the choice that seems to be the hardest for folks to make. Often what I hear from people in this position is that they fear "ruining the friendship" if they discuss their feelings honestly. While this is a very understandable concern, it isn't well thought out. It is emotional, not rational. Look again at the other options. Every one will bring about a change in your current friendship.

Why?

Once your feelings have changed, so does the relationship. Ignoring them, hiding them or distancing yourself will lessen your closeness and the positive dynamics that flow between good friends. You can't go back. You need to decide how you want to move forward or if this is an option for you. . It is also possible in choosing this option that you will learn that they have similar feelings for you that they were afraid to reveal. Therefore choosing this option could result in romance and a love relationship based on true friendship.

Intimacy exists in all close relationships. It is the ability to be completely open and vulnerable to another without fear of harm or rejection. So, by definition, we cannot be intimate with another while hiding or denying our true feelings and needs to them.

The choice will always be yours. Choosing wisely is about really knowing the options, the consequences they bring and what will be best for you and your friend.

Are You Relationship Ready?

So, you want to fall in love? You are certainly old enough and moving
well along your chosen career path. Many of your friends are either married
or in committed relationships. You have grown weary of the singles scene

and the solitary life. Therefore, you must be ready, right?

Not necessarily.

So what is relationship readiness anyway? Exactly what it says. You are
adequately capable of handling the commitment and challenges that a
healthy, intimate relationship requires.

How do you know if you are ready? What are the characteristics you need
to have or acquire in order to be ready for true love?

There are four primary areas that you should explore in order to assess
your present state of readiness.

1. Take an inventory of past traumas and related major issues.

You should mentally review these and honestly look at how well you
have already addressed and resolved them.

As you work through each, ask yourself, "Is this impacting me negatively
in my present life." Also explore with yourself the possibility that the
issue could become problematic once you have entered into an intimate
relationship.

If you believe that there are things you have not yet adequately dealt with, you
need to go to work on these. If you are unsure, then they bear closer
examination. Consider utilizing resources such as therapy or joining a
support group.

An example of such issues can include, but not be limited to;
emotional, physical or sexual abuse in childhood, parents' divorce, loss
of a parent or other loved one, or a past abusive or dysfunctional love
relationship.

2. How's your self-awareness and self-esteem?

If you do not possess adequate self knowledge and a positive sense of self; an intimate relationship will be difficult or impossible to sustain.

For instance, do you know yourself well enough to answer the following?

Can you state your most deeply held values?

Do you know what you can't live with or without in a relationship?

Do you have a good grasp of your life goals?

Do you know your own strengths and weaknesses?

Now, do a quick assessment of your self-esteem.

How do you see yourself?

How do others see you?

Remember you present different selves:

at work

with family

with friends

in gatherings with acquaintances

If your answers tell you that you have difficulty accepting and liking
yourself, or if others frequently respond negatively to you in your
interactions with them, then this is an area you should begin work on.
Self-love is at the foundation of all healthy relationships.

3. Are your past relationships really in the past?

If we don't get adequate closure on painful experiences/issues from
past relationships, we are at risk of bringing them into present and
future relationships in order to relive and resolve them.

Therefore, it's important to know that you have dealt adequately with
any significant hurt or loss and have learned from any dysfunctional
dynamics you may have contributed to.

If you find yourself slipping into unhealthy patterns in your thoughts or
Behaviors as they relate to others; stop, identify, and then deal with
that leftover issue.

4. Do you know what you want from a relationship?

We enter into relationships for many different reasons and with many
different expectations. Knowing what yours are will help you to
determine if this is the right relationship for you.

Too often we "choose" someone using an unconscious level of thought
as our primary input. It is there that we hold our deepest unmet needs,
fears and desires. Unfortunately, there is often a chasm between our
conscious and unconscious selves that keeps this information
"hidden" from our rational and thinking side.

Therefore, it is very important to examine all of your feeling and needs
regarding any future relationship. Honestly look at what you must have
and cannot live without.

You must know what you want and need from a future partner in order
to choose the right one for you.

Now, spend some time exploring these four important areas before you
enter into a serious romantic relationship. By doing so, you will be
helping to ensure that your new relationship will be a healthy and
lasting one.

Kenapa orang kaya semakin kaya, karena begitu orang kaya penghasilannya
bertambah besar maka gaya hidupnya sementara tetap (menunda kesenangan).
Penghasilan yang lebih ini diinvestasikan kedalam asset (beli saham yang
menghasilkan deviden, rumah kost kost-an, ruko yang dikontrakkan, Mall yang
disewakan, sarang walet, usaha-usaha yang menghasilkan, dll). Sedemikian
sehingga penghasilan mereka bertambah besar. Dan ketika penghasilan mereka
bertambah besar lagi, mereka investasikan lagi ke dalam asset tersebut diatas,
sehingga semakin kaya dan semakin kaya lagi.

Kenapa orang menengah bergumul terus secara financial? Ketika orang
menengah penghasilannya bertambah besar maka dia mencicil rumah yang
lebih besar, mobil yang lebih besar, handphone yang lebih canggih,
komputer yang lebih modern, televisi yang lebih besar, audio yang
lebih canggih dan banyak sekali uang untuk kewajiban sehingga masuk
kedalam pengeluaran. Orang menengah ini bisa memiliki rumah yang besar,
mobil yang besar tapi tidak mempunyai uang yang bekerja untuk dia. Dan
seumur hidupnya menjadi budak uang karena membayar cicilan semakin besar seumur hidupnya.

Kenapa orang miskin bablas miskin ?

Orang miskin tidak perduli seberapa besar pun penghasilannya semua akan masuk ke pengeluaran.

Contoh :

Orang miskin begitu penghasilannya bertambah besar mereka beli TV yang besar,
beli jamnya yang mahal, beli hp yang lebih baru, beli baju mahal, makan di
restoran mewah, ikut keanggotaan fitness, ikut asuransi yang tidak perlu, dll.

Pertanyaannya :

Bila penghasilan Anda bertambah besar, Anda belikan apa? Hal-hal yang
menghasilkan uang lagi atau hal-hal yang menghabiskan uang. Silahkan dijawab,

The Art Of Creating Win-Win Relationships
There are specific steps to take to create powerful, win-win relationships. This article preseents two of the most important ones. They are easy, workable and will bring tremendous results. Exercises included.

There are many factors which contribute to creating win-win relationships, but one of the most powerful ones is to understand and practice the power of acknowledgment. Acknowledgment means the willingness to offer honest, positive feedback to another about what they are doing and how it is affecting you. Usually, we focus upon other individual’s negativities and how irritating they can be. We gossip about these to friends and family and dwell upon them ourselves. However, when we decide to practice acknowledgment, we turn all that around.

In this practice, we start by giving the other the benefit of the doubt. This is not a matter of burying our head in the sand, but first acknowledging to ourselves that we are upset, and then consciously choosing to stop and offer the benefit of the doubt about what is going on. Not only is this beneficial to the other, but it assists us in feeling calmer and clearer. Rather than focus on our upset, or possible negative reasons for the behavior, we focus upon that in the person, which is positive, and then assume the best in the present case.

In this process, we do not blame others for difficulties or for the mess we are in, but take radical responsibility for our own upset feelings. Usually when we’re upset, we automatically shift responsibility to others for the mess we are in. As we practice acknowledgment, we become aware of our own part in it, acknowledge our own needs and feelings, so things are equalized. As we do so, it is important to always remember to not only focus on what is troubling, but to continue to acknowledge what is good and right in the situation and the relationship, to communicate that and offer thanks for it.

Inevitably, others notice this, and are impressed and appreciative for the space we are giving them. In this process the atmosphere turns around, and in an environment of basic good will, it is easy to talk things over and work them out.
Never Give Up On A Person

Another step in creating a win-win relationship is to never give up on a person. This means to go with the person as far as you can. Often we discard an individual or their efforts way before we know all they can really do. By making the decision to relate to their strength and ability, and to stay through the thick and thin with them, individuals in relationships feel safe to grow and learn. They also realizes that mistakes are not fatal, but part of the process of exploration.

When we are free to make mistakes and not be cast out for it, the level and quality of our relationships grows beyond all expectation. This level of support and understanding creates a foundation for developing an individual’s full potential and his feelings of satisfaction and fulfillment which allows him/her to give their all.
Exercise Answer the following questions, then think about them and answer again. Do this all week. How willing are to never give up on a person? How much are you willing to go through with them? What is your cut off point? What behavior can’t you tolerate? Why? What makes you believe in someone in the first place? What is it that takes this belief away?

Has anyone ever been there for you throughout thick and thin? What did that feel like? What happened when they decided it was enough, and went away? Write down the name of one person you are willing to never give up on. What is it about them that allows you to do this? What is it about you? Little by little can you increase this list? What would you need to allow you to do so?

6. And here comes the tough part: waiting! Wait for a while and let the Nature action for how long as it takes. Take into account that you have already helped Nature with your faith and your strong action. It's a mutual thing. In love, as in everything, you get what you give.

7. Finally , let me share a secret with you: don't to tell anyone you are about to meet your soulmate. The deepest desires must not be shared until they come true. Any interfering may disturb you from keeping a good image of yourself, letting your desire grow stronger, picturing in mind your soulmate, staying focused on what you have to do, letting your mind free and waiting faithfully.

The cold hard truth.

We all know its better to be honest with the person or even the people you're dating. After all, you'd expect the same treatment and let's face it, no one likes being lied to. But exactly how honest should you be? Is there a time when you can be too honest? Exactly how cold and how hard should you be when telling the truth?

Let's assume here that all of us are going to be perfectly honest with the people we date. We want to open up, share our lives, interests, thoughts, etc. And of course, we want the guy or woman in question to do the same. This is all well and good. Things start getting a little tricky when it comes to opinions. Again, there's really no sense in lying but what if you really think along very contradicting lines? What if, and this is more pertinent to the guys, she asks you what you think of her outfit and you hate it? Wat if one of you loves cats/dogs/fish/ferrets/iguanas and the other freaks out at the sight of them?

Not all is lost. There are some nifty little ways to maneuver your way around these conversation killers. Okay, let's be honest and call them what they are: white lies. Otherwise known too diplomats everywhere as tact and diplomacy. And while it does take some practicing to pull off convincingly, its not as hard as you'd think. Here are some scenarios and the little diffusers which you can try.

You're talking to a guy/girl and your mind's been wandering and you've not actually heard a word for the past five minutes. And they've noticed it.

You're definitely caught in this one so don't try lie your way out and say you were listening. Whatever you say, do not mention the word bored. Graciously admit that you weren't really listening and apologize. You don't want your date to think you're being overly rude. Say something along the lines of you having a lot on your mind, work or personal problems can often cause this anyway. Don't spin some outrageous yarn, keep it simple. If you did switch off because you don't feel yourself clicking, then wait for a bit and say that due to these problems, you've also been getting very little sleep and would like to excuse yourself early. Make sure you let them know you've enjoyed yourself before taking off, but add that you're not sure if you can see anything coming out of it. You can add that age old, "its not you, its me" line but its so cliched, is doubtful if its that believable anymore.

She (or he) asks what you're thinking. You're thinking of sex with her/him/someone else.

Well, if you're thinking that you'd like to hop into bed with your date, then that's great. Especially if the attraction is mutual. However, that does not give you carte blanche to just say, "yeah, I'm thinking of screwing you senseless tonight." As flattering as it may seem, in some twisted way, its incredibly tactless and will either illicit a laugh or a slap. If its a laugh, you may still have hope of having that romp but if its the latter, you can kiss your chances goodbye. But back to matters at hand, you can make up some completely fabricated thing that you were thinking of. Or if you were thinking of shagging him/her, say something like, "I was just thinking that you're very nice, I find myself very attracted to you and I was wondering if this could go somewhere if you felt the same way." Compliments never fail to help one's cause. But depending on the person, you may be able to get away with saying you'd like to have sex with them. I think most people would take it as a compliment. I said most, not all. If you're thinking of sex with someone else, its time to make up some story again. Or just say you weren't thinking of anything in particular and leave it at that. I would suggest of thinking of an excuse to leave at this point, since you're obviously no that interested in the person you're with.

You feel that he/she has bad taste in music/movies/books

This is really an easy one. Just don't say that whatever they like is pure, unadulterated shit of the first order. Simply state that you're not that keen on whatever it is and then give examples of what it is that you do like. You may suggest that they try it but don't force them. Just don't come across as being superior because that will not win you any brownie points and will most probably result in an argument.

She bought a new outfit. You absolutely hate it.

Probably the bane of every male out there. What does a man do to not get into trouble but to also ensure she doesn't wear that again? Okay, I admit, pretty tricky. We all know what women can be like when it comes to her clothes, especially a new outfit. Firstly, don't trash the outfit. Saying something like, "its interesting" or "its not bad" probably won't be enough to keep you out of trouble. You'll have to decide if you want to full-out lie on this one or if you want to go with the truth. For those of you with the balls to take the latter, but prepared for a little sulking. But butter her up as well. Tell her how gorgeous she looks in (insert other outfit) and how you love her wearing that. Then compare it with the clothes you hate and say they don't flatter her as much. Or something along those lines. If this is the first time your meeting, my suggestion is to say she looks nice after greeting her and say as little about her clothes as possible. Then pray she doesn't ask you about it.

You love dogs, she loves cats.

This is common and not that hard to get around. So long as you don't say you absolutely despise cats (or any other animal in question) you'll be fine. Most people are either more partial to cats or dogs anyway. Just treat the moggy nicely when you do meet it. Expect the same when your date meets your pet. If he or she stays as far away from it as possible and shrinks whenever it comes close, then maybe its not going to work out. While we're on this subject, when it comes to insects as pets, all bets are off.

You meet his/her friends and family for the first time and you didn't really get along very with someone close to them.

Before this molehill develops into a mountain, keep in mind that it takes time to get to know someone. Its okay if you and the cousin, or sibling, or best friend, etc didn't really get along at the first meeting. Besides, its never that easy meeting everyone else in his or her life. If asked, just say you didn't feel there was enough time and opportunity to really get to know so-and-so. If you've already decided that whoever-it-is hasn't a clue and is close-minded and judgmental, just say that you feel you have a rather different outlook compared to them. Don't sling insults, its immature and will not paint you in a good light.

You've been dating a month or so and go out for a night with the girls or boys. You get absolutely trashed and share a drunken pash with a stranger. Or, to go a step further, you have a drunken one night stand.

Don't you just hate it when this happens? Let's tackle this a step at a time. First, the kiss. I suppose that is forgivable. Not that anyone should make a habit of doing it. You haven't been dating for very long and I guess it depends on whether or not you were exclusively dating or still seeing other people. If its the latter, then all is good. If it's the former then make sure it never happens again. If you have to tell the person you're dating, make it clear to them that it was a one-off that you regret and be prepared to take steps so that you won't actually repeat it. For instance, try not drinking so much when you go out. Or make sure you have a friend who will not be getting plastered who can keep an eye on you.

Now, what happens if you wake up in bed with a stranger? Again, if you are not dating exclusively then its not so much of a problem. Though you might still want to watch the drinking as you never know who you'll wake up with and more dangerously, what you'll wake up with. If you are a 'proper' couple, explaining this one away is going to be very, very tough. Personally, I'd never accept being too drunk as an excuse. If you're going out with someone, you have a responsibility not to do anything to hurt the other person. That includes knowing when to stop drinking, especially if you know that you are liable of losing control over what you do when you are drunk. So do you tell or not? I can't answer this one for you. What would you gain in telling your partner? If you know its something that won't ever be repeated then maybe keep quiet about it. If you feel the need to come clean, be ready to accept that you're going to be in the doghouse for a fair bit of time. Things like this cause the lost of trust and that trust will have to be built up over time again. So my advice for this one is to not get into the situation in the first place. If you do, it may be best to say nothing and make sure you behave from now on.

Good Girls Finish Last???<br> By Shakera Reid

So, what happens when you reach that point in your life when you're seriously looking for Mr. Right, ready to settle down and have roots? You know that God is working it out, and all you have to do is sit back and wait. Well, I think I'm at that point. I do know that God will work it out, but this is just an outlet to help me deal with my impatience. I kinda feel like Bridget Jones, (minus the dumb blonde stereotype), and I guess this is my version of her diary. I guess similarities include a nice face, nothing fancy, standing to lose a few pounds, great personality, and obviously something good that most guys don't know what they're missing. This is my take on me.

I woke up one morning and apparently men had this idea that I was some unattainable being who needed a man to help me to get to know my true self. Growing up, I never considered myself to be someone who men would want to flock to. I was good "friend" material. Of course, the better part of my life was spent with someone that I wasn't meant to be with. Maybe I was so in to him that I just never noticed. What a pity! My group of friends always prided ourselves on being "different" from most girls. High moral standards, religious, intelligent, ambitious, and not to mention, good looking. I go out, or go to work, and these traits seem to be confirmed by the men I encounter. Unfortunately, the men that I encounter are not relationship material. I am tired of hearing how disappointed they are that a woman like me is "going to waste" because people can't believe that I don't have a man. Well, if I'm so great, where is my Mr. Right? Where is my Prince Charming?

How many people know what it feels like to be alone during the holidays? I love Christmas -even the commercial aspect of it. I love gazing at the lights, going to church on Christmas morning, opening and giving gifts, going to family gatherings, and doing all the activities that make Christmas what it is. What could be better? I think that I would love to share it with someone special. Let's not even get started on the New Year.

When you have so much to offer, but you haven't been given the opportunity to do it, it feels a bit overwhelming. I love myself too much to settle for an unworthy person, but at times I do feel the loneliness creeping on me. I pray about it constantly and it keeps me from slipping up. That being said, what is the moral of the story? This one has a strange twist. What could be worse than being alone at the holidays? Believe it or not, there is something worse. Being with someone you love and still feeling like you're alone. Been there, done that and I'm not going back.

Lesson Learned: Good girls may finish last, but we will eventually finish best. We just need to be patient and wait on the Lord. In the meanwhile, stick with friends that uplift you, enjoy your singleness. Travel, try new things, and keep yourself occupied. It may not seem that cut and dry, but it is often the times when we are not looking that love finds us first.

Everybody is raving on about blogs, it seems everyone has one, and it seems that everyone is telling you that if you want to get on in Internet Marketing you need one too!!

Orang Jawa bilang “NOL PUTHUL”, mungkin itulah gambaran keberadaan saya mengenai blog awal mulanya, awal 2008 lalu. Sebelum itu saya memang tahu tentang internet di sekitar mencari hal-hal yang bersifat gratis seperti buku, CD dan lain-lainnya. Tapi tentu saja hal tersebut lama-lama hanya menumpuk barang-barang yang belum tentu berguna bagi saya sendiri. Kemudian masih berkenaan dengan masalah gratis itu, maka ketika saya memanggil serch engine, lalu keluar juga gratis mengenai membuat halaman blog di mana kita bisa berekspresi.
Membuat blog menurut saya ibaratnya kita membuka account e-mail di Yahoo.com atau di Gmail.com. Artinya hampir semua orang yang pernah memiliki account e-mail yang dibuat sendiri (bukan dibuatkan orang lain) pasti mengerti harus ngisi apa dan bagaimana syarat-syaratnya dan lain sebagainya. Dalam hal ini saya meminta pertolongan ke google.com untuk mencari informasi mengenai hal tersebut. Dan saya harus berterima kasih kepada beberapa tutor berpengalaman yang telah membimbing saya tanpa mereka merasa membimbing. Saya memang juga membaca beberapa buku mengenai pembuatan blog ini dan juga menolong saya untuk semakin dalam mengerti mengenai blog.
Tentu saja saya tidak bermaksud untuk menjadi tutor dadakan dalam hal ini, karena saya rasa di internet mengenai blog ini sudah tersedia lengkap. Hanya saja kita sabar atau tidak untuk menggalinya. Saya sendiri seperti kata huruf besar di awal kalimat, saya benar-benar nol putul mengenai internet, HTML, widget dan istilah-istilah lainnya yang sebelumnya saya tidak tahu sama sekali mengenai hal tersebut. Tapi sekali lagi, di google.com saya bisa mencari dengan menulis kata kunci dari istilah-istilah tersebut.
Makanya saya yakin bahwa setiap orang pasti mampu untuk membuat blog, asalkan orang tersebut mau belajar. Dan tidak perlu mengeluarkan uang kecuali membayar ke warnet kalau di warnet. Intinya carilah apa yang kita mau di google, atau di yahoo.com atau tempat-tempat lainnya yang bisa menolong kita untuk menemukan makna dan petunjuk mengenai apa yang kita inginkan. Cobalah! With, quite literally, thousands of websites promoting get-rich-quick theories, it’s completely understandable that the average net user will be sucked in at least once. Most people have seen one, some people have bought one. But not many people know how to spot one.

Yes, I’m talking about the big evil – internet scams.

Just as there are honest producers in the ‘physical world’ selling their merchandise, there are also many honest internet merchants trying to make their living selling to the public online. The World Wide Web has opened up a whole new marketplace for the general public to buy quality e-produce. And, like everywhere else, there are those few dishonest scam-artists who prey on the paying public. The biggest breeding ground for scams is, of course, the niche market of ‘making money online’. Surprisingly, my own research has concluded that the scam-to-kosher ratio is a startling 50/50. Simply meaning, there are just as many scams as there are real online products. This brings me to the main point of this article, which is how to tell the difference between these often well presented sites.

Firstly, you need to have a good look at the appearance of the site. Most good sales websites look alike in their formatting. All the information is usually positioned in a vertical frame down the centre of the page. This is to ensure that the search engines can read it properly. This does not necessarily mean that the site is advertising a scam, as even honest merchants have to make a sale. What you are looking for is what kind of information you get from the site content itself. Promises of massive sums of money and typical sales hype are not unusual for any sales copy, but from reading the text do you know without a doubt what the site is asking you to buy? A 'make cash online' website may offer you a 'Money Making System' and provide you with screen prints of the sales they are making as proof. Good sales text on top of this may be enough to get some people to but the product. But what does the merchant really mean by 'money making system'? In one instance, I bought one of these products that promised unlimited money-making ability, a program that would run by itself and said you didn't need to pay a cent other than buying the system. Not only was this system nothing but a one page website with point-form instructions, you had to buy the hosting, domain name and custom website for the system. You even had to pay them a monthly fee for advertising. The text of the website needs to tell you what you are paying for. The price of the product is the next thing to look at. What is too much or too little to pay? Have a look at the product. You wouldn't usually spend hundreds of dollars on a book, neither would you expect to pay $3 for a software program. The only advice I can give you is don't pay a price you find unreasonable. If you really want to try the product you can always email the merchant and try to negotiate a price.

Finally, check there is some form of contact information on the site. Even an email address qualifies. An honest merchant will always give a prospective customer a chance to ask questions or negotiate the price.
